Purposive Communication
A course making The five skills of communication(listening, speaking, reading, writing, viewing) are studied and simulated in advanced academic settings, such as conversing intelligently on a subject of import, reporting on group work and/or assignments, writing and delivering a formal speech, writing minutes of meetings and similar documents, preparing a research or technical paper, and making an audio-visual or web-based presentation.

Color Theory
Explores the principles of color interaction, perception, and application, providing foundational knowledge for visual arts, design, and creative industries. This subject demystifies how colors evoke emotions, create harmony or contrast, and influence communication through scientific and artistic lenses.

Elements and Principle of Design
An introductory course that focuses on the fundamental visual building blocks and guidelines essential to effective design. Students explore key elements—line, shape, color, texture, value, and space—and the principles that organize them, such as balance, contrast, emphasis, rhythm, proportion, unity, and movement. Through guided practice and visual analysis, the course builds visual awareness and helps learners create cohesive and meaningful designs for a wide range of creative applications.

Introduction to Multimedia Arts

Drawing I
This course is one of the foundations in the effective rendition for the higher level of multimedia design and development. It introduces the steps and concepts essential to draw realistically as well as learning how to perceive an object to create an effect of volume and space. The topics to be discussed include the basic shapes, tone and value, texture, proportion, drapery material finishes, rendering techniques and perspective.
