     This subject deals on history and fundamentals of refrigeration. The temperature, pressure and measurement of refrigeration and air conditioning system. The  fundamentals of physics and thermodynamics on cyclic nature of mechanical refrigeration system relative to their associated components and equipment as applied to domestic, commercial and industrial. Also includes the basics for heat transfer, properties of fluids and its flow control considerations, ideal gas processes as well as the employed material for refrigeration piping requirements.
